1. what classes do you offer?
We offer a mix of barre, pilates, yoga, strength, stretch , and dance fitness classes! Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance! We offer different levels of classes that are effective, fun, and beginner-friendly.
2. what do I need for class?
For class, you’ll need a mat, water, and grip socks (optional). Check the description of your specific class! We have extra mats for borrow for free!
3. what should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to stretch and move. Barre and Pilates can be done barefoot or in grip socks!
ZUMBA classes require sneakers.
Reformer classes require grip socks. We ask that you do not wear any body oils nor body lotion to reformer classes to protect the equipment.
4. what if I can't make it to class?
We ask that you cancel your class as soon as possible. For mat classes, Late Cancelations within 4 hours will incur a $8 fee. No Shows result in a loss of the class credit. To avoid a late cancelation fee, please cancel more than 4 hours before class start time to allow others to attend class. Doors close 3 minutes into class time.
Reformer Class: No Show results in loss of class credit. Late Cancellation (4 hours or less) results in a $10 fee.
No Shows/Late fees also apply to Free and Discounted Classes.
5. how do guest passes work?
Unlimited members receive 2 guest passes each month. Guest passes are good for any class! Guest must have their own account. Guests may attend a class with you or on their own! Message us to redeem your guest passes!
6. do you offer discounts?
Yes! We currently have discounts for teachers, medical personnel, and active, retired, and veteran military members! Unlimited members receive 10% off on special events!
7. anything else I need to know?
Please inform the instructor(s) or the studio of any injuries or health conditions that we need to be aware of!
A minimum of 3 people are required for a class to run. Classes with less than 3 enrolled people may be cancelled at the studio's discretion.
